In July 2016, I joined the Project Management team at ProMetrics. ProMetrics provides data aggregation services to the biopharma industry including the collection, integratation, analysis and reporting of data across the distribution network of specialty products. The sources of data include specialty pharmacies, HUBs, specialty distributors, wholesalers, 3PL, GPOs, hospitals and other networks. I had a number of key achievements here as well, among them: ⇨ Delivered $500K year over year cost reduction by leading project to transition level one support from DevOps organizations to national operations center.⇨ Reduced application outages 20% by identifying root cause and fixing a process gap that left 8.5K production servers at risk for downtime.⇨ Decreased project completion cycle time from 12 weeks to eight weeks by implementing an Agile-based, kanban approach to project selection and management.
