Pseads (“seeds”) is a global research and design institute focused on the human condition, and operates on the principle that every problem and every solution the world faces is with the human being. We are committed to creating the conditions for human beings to find needed solutions, whether to issues of education, health, economics, sustainability, or social cohesion, and in ways that cultivate stability, cooperation, innovation, and happiness.We create customized, multimedia, learning, and leadership projects with students of all ages, from elementary school, middle school and high school, to college, medical school, adult education, as well as with administrators and faculties, business teams, and healthcare professionals. All of our programs include multiple ways of knowing, and are designed to offer direct experiences of expanded perception and the conditions for dexterity, poise, confidence and creative expression. We take disciplines like science and poetry out of their silos, not just by integrating them in a single conversation, but by creating experiences of their shared root, and the ripple of this awareness for the way we learn, develop technology, practice medicine, and think about leadership.

These three positions pertain to the development of a trans-generational unit-based multimedia curriculum and teacher workshops on communication and critical thinking, dealing with consciousness and worldviews, and built around cosmology, ecology, modern science, psychology, educational philosophy, and civic engagement.

Oversaw business development, branding, marketing, curriculum development, product development, public relations, and communications for corporate training and consulting. Produced four 500-person full-day keynote workshops in one calendar year, in addition to numerous smaller workshops and training seminars. Also designed weeklong full-immersion trainings running multiple times each year.

Lectured on a variety of topics including the political philosophy and economic conditions of Africa, South America, Asia, immigrant and minority populations, while also conducting research on healing traditions and access to health care.

Orchestrated development, fundraising, and sustained management of all teen programs, while serving as the liaison with local school district and military chain of command, and as the designated area National Training Associate.
