As a Floor Sales Consultant, I help navigate potential customers in the right direction in their car buying process. From car discovery to financing, I walk with my customers step by step through the journey to them finding their new vehicle or selling their old vehicle. I utilize CarMax's pre qualification tool to help identify a customer's budget and find them the car that meets their wants as well as financial needs. I utilize Salesforce Lightning to properly manage and maintain communication with active and new leads. With the recent advancements of Salesforce, I am now able to transfer a vehicle, schedule an appointment and also complete a finance application seamlessly and effectively.

Peach Pigeons is a platform I created in 2010 as an outlet for me to be able to create and experiment with various forms of media (photography, videography, graphic design). As I continued to evolve and advance my skillset, I began to provide those services for businesses, musical artists and an array of unique creatives. Currently, Peach Pigeons has a focus centered towards providing free social media strategies and services for current and aspiring content creator and businesses.

In this role as a Junior Producer, it was my responsibility to prepare resources before tapings, content delivery post taping and contact talent regarding pre production resources needed. Apart of the resources needed pre taping included script writing, developing a show breakdown for talent and higher management to review. The show I was responsible for was a social media based show for ESPN's social network Andscape (Previously The Undefeated) "Logged In". In this role, it was my responsibility to be the first step for onboarding federal contractors & employees by issuing their PIV cards on their first day of work. In order to issue the PIV cards, the new employee/contractor has to provide their W-9 documents in order to verify their identity. Once the documents were verified, we were able to take their picture and print their badge. After the badge is printed, we would then have to go through another process to program the cards. Once the cards were programmed, we had to instruct customers to sign in on the network in order for the programming to be complete.In March 2020, COVID-19 forced the PIV office to become hybrid. On the days I worked remotely, I served as a tier 1 help desk associate taking calls remotely to help people program their cards remotely.

As a tech, I am the first line of contact with guests in regards to questions about technology in and out of the store. I also meet weekly sales goals determined by the company that include computer/printer market basket, ESP attachments and additional add ons. I assist customers who bring their computers into the store by troubleshooting issues that may be currently hindering the computer from performing at a elite level.
