• Management of 4 teams (headcount of 25+) of solution oriented recruitment specialists for the SME and Corporate sectors nationwide.• Responsible for management, mentoring, coaching and performance of over 25+ recruitment specialists across the disciplines of Sales, Marketing,Tech Sales, Retail and Hospitality.• Responsible for new business development and retention of clients for the team’s whilst working with the management within the group on a wider client base.• Recruitment and coaching of teams from junior to management level.• Working closely with my management team to ensure client and candidate satisfaction, delivery of budgets, profitability and achieving goals.• Driving all new business development activities within the teams into the SME and Corporate sectors. • Account Management of top tier clients at boardroom level• Working closely with new US start-ups who are locating their European HQ to Ireland
