Pearl has over ten years of experience in international development, communications, advocacy, community and civic engagement, events management, and innovation and design thinking. She holds certifications in Innovation and Human-Centred Design from The Centre for Global Enterprise and Unleash Global Innovation Lab, Global Diplomacy from The University of London, and a Diploma in Project Management from Alison. Pearl completed her Bachelor's Degree in Development Studies at the University of Lusaka with distinction. She is passionate about youth leadership, good governance, sustainable development, and civic engagement. Pearl is recognized for her resilience, adaptability, and strong public speaking skills. She is a 2023-2024 UNLEASH regional ambassador, 2019 Mandela Washington Fellow, and a recipient of several accolades for her leadership and innovation.
