Every person deserves a place where they're excited to spend the rest of their career. At the same time, many organizations struggle with building the right inclusion strategy, leaving employees, customers and other stakeholders disconnected from the organization's daily mission.Over the last two decades I've helped organizations of all sizes create customized strategic initiatives covering a wide range of inclusion topics; most recently at Paradigm Strategy.My approach is simple. I dig into problems and use a data-driven process to solve them. It might be an operations issue, a new learning program to be created, a policy shift, or a new practice that needs to be implemented. Everything is measured to create the best possible outcome. I jump into my work with the spirit of an intrapreneur. It's led me to help build the first publicly transparent diversity data / diversity plan initiative of any major sports organization as well as create the first program in the nation that set up diversity and inclusion centers in public high schools. Both made measurable impact for thousands of people with respect to the overall culture, access, and opportunity.I enjoy meeting people and hearing new perspectives.
