Worked alongside Fund Manager in startup of two private equity real estate funds. One closed ended, raised to 2 million. Invested in Tax Liens and Vacant Land. Wound fund down and closed. Fund II was Open Ended Evergreen Fund, raised to $55MM AUM. Over 250 High Net Worth Investors. Invested in SFR, Tax Liens and Vacant Land. I ran operations of both funds. Built VA team and systems to run fund made up of over 2000 individual assets.
