· Submitted 100% of daily crew reports on time for bridge work on a 12-bridge $110 million highway project.· When inspecting pile driving work, I noticed that the new pile-driving equipment wasn't working properly and proposed a solution. As a result of my persistence, the contractor was able to fix the problem before concrete was cast saving tens of thousands of dollars in re-work of the deep foundation or millions to re-work an entire bridge abutment.
