I lead a team of professionals who specialize in executive search and learning solutions for the executive segment and leadership topics, offering flexible and customized services that meet the specific needs of each client, whether they are professionals or organizations.In addition to my role at EGOR, I am also an Executive Search Partner at Global Executive Search Network, a group that offers services for the highest managerial levels in more than 80 countries. Furthermore, I am an Executive Coordinator and Lecturer of Postgraduate Studies in Organizational Development at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, where I teach and train managers on ethical and responsible practices of talent attraction and retention, communication, motivation, leadership, and organizational well-being.
