Fermir - Operations Planner Responsibilities:*Convert sales plans into production plans, ensuring alignment with requirements, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction;*Manage and coordinate the planning teams; *Coordinate production plans with subcontracted suppliers;*Ensure the execution of production plans in conjunction with the various areas involved;*Identify deviations from plans and implement corrective measures;*Develop and monitor performance indicators;*Define improvement plans and control their implementation.

Fermir - Continuous Improvement Manger Responsabilities:*Manage and facilitate the ongoing lean improvement process through the use of techniques such as Kaizen, 5’S, TPM, Kanban;*Design, execute, test and update systems and processes;*Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output, based on industry best practices;*Responsible for preparing and periodically presenting the status and results of implemented continuous improvement processes;*Train and guide employees throughout the organization on Lean concepts;*Lead continuous improvement project teams on strategic projects within plant operations.
