Regional leadership role representing the entire supply chain, within regional tendering team for GE Vernova Hydro Latin America. Working with Commercial Operations , Technical Tendering Leader, Costing , and Planning, Quality and etc, giving S. Chain greater focus and transparency to deliver winning bids for GE Hydro. Key Accountabilities (including but not limited to): - Drive supply chain execution of ITO tenders, by forging strong partnership with key SC functions such as Manufacturing, Material Management, Regional and Global Sourcing, and T&L. - Consolidate and Optimize Industrial Scheme and deploy most competitive Supply Chain Strategy in respect to Cost, Delivery, Quality and EHS. Including Supply Chain cost-out and schedule improvement initiatives, to ensure achievement of target tender CM. - Ensures compliance to markets’ trade and contract regulations, EHS standards, GEs commitment to sustainability, with accountability towards zero deviation for supply chain inputs. - Drive improvement on Sourcing, Manufacturing and Materials Management database, forecast models, formulas to adapt to customer evolving needs. - Own Supply Chain R&O, hand-over process, and application from ITO to OTR.

My main focus are on order intake growth (Hydro), increasing Manufacturing work load with internal trading projects (GE2GE & Hydro Internal Trade); Improving and standardizing S. Chain process for ITO (kaizen/A3 initiaves).Leading the prospection, costing, should-cost and commercial approach with other GE business (GE2GE).Responsible for all pre-offer sign-offs in behalf of HLA Manufacturing. Leading process improvement and kaizen initiatves in Supply Chain HLA in order to improve ITO process for Internal Trade projects.

Ahead of manufacturing engineering (21 people) in Hydro Latin America (HLA) Factory for Turbine, Generator and GE2GE. Focus on process standardization, improvement and people development. Led the refresh and reshape of TCP ( technical career path) program in Taubate Factory. Stablished operational routines, Gates Reviews, Standard check-list and Feedback of Experience. Driven by “Right at the Fist Time” and “OTD”. Introduced MPP concept to Hydro Products and refresh PFMEA and Control Plan for generator and turbine, the foundations of "risk management in manufacturing". Supporting new technology introduction and qualification such as: Welding Mechanization; Machining Time Reduction; Digital VSM on Stator Bars; Std Setup on Pole’s Coils; New Coils Prod Line; Setup tools & process. Manufacturing cost estimation for hydro projects and cost-out and process improvement initiatives for ITO competitiveness. Led Product and Process qualification on Hydro and GE2GE ( aplying APQP4Wind, FPQ Hydro and Nuclear Qualification process).Led prospection, commercial and costing/tendering of GE2GE projects, always creating long term partnership with other GE’s businesses increasing Taubate Factory knowhow and expertise.

- Lead the development, Implementation and qualification of the entire manufacturing process, assets and materials acquisitions for Hinkley Point and Akkuyu LP and IP Diaphragms, including the Transferring of Technology from GE Nuclear Steam (EU) to Hydro Brazil.- Leading the entire OTR cycle for GE2GE projects, from development, Implementation, qualification (APQP), planning and execution (internal manufacturing and materials management). Responsible for Cost-Time-Scope-Quality of all GE2GE projects executed in GE Taubate Factory. Supporting new orders prospection always creating long term partnership with other GE’s businesses. In 2018 and 2019 the GE2GE projects (all managed by me) accumulate +20M US$ in orders and 190K manufacturing hours representing 30% of total workload of GE Taubate factory planned for 2020).

Quality Manufacturing and Logistic Leader. Leading the quality team ( Inspectors, Technicians and Engineering’s), on fabrication, welding, machining, eletrical, painting assembling process, and Metrology and Mechanical Lab. Since July-2016 I had joined the Supply Chain Leadership board, being accountable to deliver finance results.- Quality Engineering Leader, Jan-2012 to Mar-2013: leaded quality engineer’s team during Industrialization and manufacturing phases, performing Risk Analysis and prevention (PFMEA), Product quality Control Plan and Inspetion&Test instructions, Standardization and Process Variation Reduction (SPC, MSA), Problem Solve (8D/A3/4-blocks). Coordinate the laboratory team, Metrology Lab and Material Test Lab.
