J'ai assuré le Secrétariat Technique Local pour la réalisation du CDS (City Developpement Strategy) du Grand Lomé, financé par le Ministère de l'Habitat et de l'Urbanisme du Togo, Cities Alliance, AFD, ONU-Habitat et PNUD. Le contenu du projet consistait à l'élaboration d'un diagnostic territorial, formulation d'orientations stratégiques, réalisation d'un plan d'actions priorisé et réalisation d'une cartographie réglementaire.
