Responsible for the sourcing strategy in Professional Services, Fleet and Travel in Brazil for all Business at GE. Alignment with the global strategies to open projects over the studies of the demands in Brazil. Strong integration with HR, Travel, Fleet and other teams for opportunities identification in order to bring change of the process, or new solution. Responsible for the entire process of negotiation and participation in the implementation of the project.

Experience in the entire Indirect Sourcing process. Performing at the beginning of this period “SPOTS” purchases of all Indirect Sourcing commodities. Knowledge of all the operational (Issue PO , reports , FUP …).Experience at the area of processes and tools where I used to follow global training to pass to local staff. Accompanied with all areas the internal processes in order to identify better practices for the sourcing process.I was part of the categories team being responsible for Travel, IT, Facilities and Services commodities.Promoted to senior buyer.
