Responsible for leading the strategic and executional direction for a team of Supply Chain Executives for a 150 million cases per year region of Pepsi Beverages Company including 7 plants and 7 distribution warehouses supported by 900 employees, covering six states. Responsibility encompasses Manufacturing, and Warehousing operations, including regulatory compliance, and people capability. Other responsibilities include setting the strategic direction for the Supply Chain, managing the capital investment/approval process, and establishing the direction for all capacity, facility infrastructure, manufacturing and warehouse equipment purchasing. Development and leadership of financial control and management for an operational budget in excess of $150MM per year and Capital of $8-10MM per year.

Lead a cross functional taskforce to plan and execute the largest manufacturing network capacity optimization project in the history of the company

Executive responsible for providing overall leadership and strategic direction to a complex 26 Million case innovation cold fill beverage facility with direct responsibility over 19 salaried and 150+ hourly employees. Other responsibilities included facility stewardship, promotional execution, capital, and strategic planning to facilitate growth, profitability, and trade execution. Interface with Sales and Marketing, Corporate Engineering, and Finance.

Executive responsible for providing overall leadership of a strategic manufacturing facility located in Hawaii, supporting all Hawaiian islands as well as military bases throughout the Pacific and Asia. Direct responsibility for a 12 Million cold fill beverage facility with 10 salaried and 90+ union employees.
