-Engineering position in product development group.-Listed as co-inventor on proprietary metal foam patent# US 7,208,222 B2-Responsible for the design and development of CAD Files, Phototooling and CAM programming for photochemical etch and CAM manufacturing processes.-Responsible for manufacturing process designs and feasibility of designs.-Creation of FMEAs, and Risk assessments on product lines.-Developed designs for (yet not limited to) orthopedic implants: replacement hips, knees, spinal implants and reconstructive facial mesh, tooling and all fixture designs.-Utilized SolidWorks efficiently to create complex geometric designs and patterns.
