- Supervising data reports from both a technical and a business standpoint.- Refactoring SQL queries in order to improve performance.- Development of dashboards and visualizations to facilitate business decisions to executive leadership members, as well as provide support to all other areas of the company.- Implementation of an ELT solution, moving production data to a data warehouse and then modelling new analytics-ready tables, with the objective of standardization and democratization of data access within the company.- Establishing guidelines for asset creation on our data self-service platform (Metabase) in order to maintain certain level of data governance, avoiding duplicated items and improper data usage.- Automation of previously manual reports, aiming on increasing data accuracy and reducing manual labor among analysts.- Development of an internal notification system based on the filling of Hubspot properties. Whenever specific propeties (based on request) are empty or improperly filled on Hubspot, it will notify the person responsible for filling it. This automation has the objective of data quality improvement within the whole CRM pipeline.
