Risk & Credit - Key Responsabilities:- Risk prevention for clients - Carrying out a detailed analysis of the financial statements and evaluation of credit applications, including new requests, altered requests;- Determination of credit limits by customer, acceptance or not of the client, using methods such as scoring or balance sheet analysis, sometimes resorting to external companies ;- Implementation of a customer credit policy - Providing recommendations related to the analysis and evaluation of credit risk;- Risk prevention for clients - Carrying out a detailed analysis of the financial statements and evaluation of credit applications, including new requests, altered requests;- Presenting analysis, findings, and recommendations to managers, especially findings that involve a borrower’s ability to repay ;- Reconciling credit files and identify discrepancies and variances ;- Control of contracts with retail stores (confirming contracts, cost management)- Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments - Implementation of collection procedures ;- The collection of the credits and their monitoring until the litigation;- Coordination with audit department about quality control (Statistic data);- The determination of any provisions for depreciation ;Risk & Credit Sector Management – key functions:- Human resources management;- Daily assessment of sector tasks;- Control custs of the departemant;- Monitoring tasks according to deadlines set by the finance department- Monitoring sector's operating processes in order to ensure their compliance with the rules stipulated by Quality;- Presentation of process improvements in order to achieve total success; - Monitoring the credit control system with IT departement;- Monitoring of contracts with suppliers related to credit (insurance policies and other suppliers);- Analysis and improvements proposals with the different departments (commercial, financial, logistics, CEO, Human Resources, IT, etc).

Key Responsabilities:- Processing sales invoices, credit notes and other documents in the system (IT);- Analysis of balance sheets, current accounts, fixed assets, inventories, bank reconciliations and submission of periodic statements (VAT and taxes);- Control customer receipts (Bank transfer, Credit Card, etc );- Preparation the final Statements in order to submit tax returns (Model 22, IES, model 10);- Preparation of Financial Statements-Balance Sheets maps, according to IFRS and/or SNC;- Economic and Financial / Risk and credit analysis in order to prepare the customers to correct some ratios to achieve government financial support or bank support;- Investiment Projects na analyses (Payback Period Method; Accounting Rate of Return Method; Net Present Value Method; Internal Rate of Return Method; Profitability Index Method; Discounted Payback Period Method; Adjusted Present Value Metho) - Economic and financial advisor.
