Responsible for the project of migration/implementation, centralization and running all the accounts receivable of IBM Global Financing in Latin America from an outsourced support spread all across the region to an unique center in Rio de Janeiro. The focus of the project was to improve the performance by executing an in depth analysis of the process and identifying the risks and opportunities. Leading a team of 3 managers and 45 employees, achieved an improvement of 50% on the numbers in the first year of the project and 74% on the first two years of the project. Lead a team of eleven employees that are responsible for the process revisions and enhancements implementations as well as ensuring the process executions are at a high level through strategic controls. Deployed and lead several projects such as: Desenvola! – Project directed to provide education on the internal areas, career advice from managers and specific function leaders, and networking for the all IGF LA employees. Sanity – Project directed to ensure the quality of the portfolio by identifying specific execution errors in the beginning of the process, thus preventing problems later in the process. Deployed and managed the IGF Latin America community, thus ensuring an easier and clearer communications between areas as well as a single place to store information. Developed several metrics to ensure that the executive has an accurate visibility of the area’s execution issues and potential bottlenecks. Helped to improve the results the worldwide metrics during the first two years, where, after several years, the area finally met the targets.Leading the International Accounts team for Client Financing dealing directly with the client (GE, Cisco, Colgate and Michelin) where I managed significant improvements in the client relationship preventing negative impacts to the business. Improper executions were compromising customer confidence with the company, and after a month of internal process review and a week of customer meetings in Budapest (2016), trust was resumed, and Latin America became the reference for the rest of the world.
