I'm an engineer who started studying management and never stopped. Today I have more than 7 years of relevant experience, having generated significant results in the companies I worked for, through the planning and implementation of project and process management strategies, mainly seeking to solve problems, as well as the implementation of the improvement philosophy. continuous and operational excellence for companies and sectors.In all the companies I have worked for, I have always stood out for leading diverse teams to achieve challenging goals, regardless of technical and managerial difficulties, and for always maintaining an excellent relationship with everyone involved.In my most recent experience, I led the planning and execution of more than 25 projects, involving more than 100 people directly involved, where there were results of more than R$100M in quantitative form, in addition to several qualitative gains in the routine of those involved.I coordinated a project and process office, structuring the sector, trained people, implemented processes from micro to macro level, ensuring that the operation was healthy and growing.
