Hello I'm Pedro Fernandes, I have a degree in Design, from IADE - European University (faculty of design, technology and communication) Although i studied design my path has changed, I'm focused on problem solving aspect rather than the creative side. My current ocupation is focused on training groups or individuals, leading them and trying to pass the information as best as possible assuring the results needed, there's also all the background work, planning, keeping track of results and kpi's, reporting everything and sometimes putting out fires, metaphorically .Some of my skills are, creativity, my critical and rational spirit, dynamics and proactivity. I have interests about sustainability and reuse, as well as technology and new ideas.Things I value in a company are respect, organization, structure , potencial for growth, regular feedback so I know how to improve and realistic objetives.
