assemblie, calibrate and tests new or modified electrical, electro-mechanical, and mechanical components or assemblies across all IDEXX product lines.work will consist of performing manufacturing processes, system configuration or troubleshooting and repair tasks supporting a diverse product portfolio of veterinary instruments and supporting technology.Establish work schedules, shift assignments and work prioritization.Ensure maintenance department compliance with all company policies and procedures.Maintain collaborative and positive relationships with all other department.Proactively improve department processes and strive for enhanced levels of efficiency.Ensure machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and maintenance support is available as needed.Provide mentoring and coaching on equipment troubleshooting and maintenance activities for all existing and new manufacturing equipment and systems.Train team on these procedures and best practices, including follow-up verification.Oversee CMMS system to track equipment failures, problems, spare parts, maintenance logs to assist in increasing equipment uptime and reliability.Ensure documentation of maintenance work and activities performed, including work orders, engineering change requests, drawings, sketches, CAD files, procedures, project logs, etc.Develop and execute plan for achieving and maintaining Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of 85% or higher on all manufacturing and process equipment.Perform on-going problem solving, root cause analysis, and process refinements in collaboration with internal personnel and suppliers.comply with 5S program and promote a safe work environment.Perform other duties as required by manager.
