. Working in conjunction with the Styling Manager to define an aspirational vision for the product imagery along with a process that enables its execution within our studios;. Working alongside with Styling Manager, consistently quality check and approve all styling and imagery on a daily basis;. Working alongside with Styling Manager, coordinating and supervising the new categories (kids wear, shoes on live model) and also stills;. Using the companies favoured operational methodology proactively work with the Studio Production team to adapt the production process to allow for quality whilst ensuring efficiency is maintained;. Support the styling manager on a daily basis;. Develop and mentor the in-house and freelance styling assistant team; coaching and supporting them to continuously;. Work alongside Photography coordinator to maintain and develop high quality imagery;. Ensure team KPI’s and targets are established and met.

 Create inspiring on brand, on trend and relevant looks for product daily, whilst both hitting targets and creative flair with minimum support from supervisor  Capable of styling across various business channels (ecom, editorial etc.) Continuously evaluate quality of images and make suggestions for improvements and work with Styling Manager on implementing new initiatives to upkeep consistent quality  Work with the Production Team to continuously try and find ways to streamline the process and make it more efficient whilst ensuring the quality is maintained.. Hold the daily Kaizen meeting with the stylists to feedback any styling issues.
