While working as management lead of the SRE Security team at Talkdesk, I supported the team on important projects such as SAST, DAST, Vulnerability Management and penetration tests.

Starting as an ethical hacker, performing security evaluations of internal and external (client) systems, I was able to build a team of highly skilled individuals that performed penetrations tests for several clients in different industries. Responsible for the development, implementation and management of Multicert’s Cyber Security Intelligence Center, where we acted as an MSSP, helping our clients implement and mature they Cyber Security programs.

Managed File Transfer consultant at Caixa Geral de Depósitos.Part of the Data Transmission Management team at Caixa Geral de Depósitos bank, guaranteeing that thousands of daily files are correctly transmitted between all central and distributed environments, through the circuits designed and implemented by the team.I mostly make use of shell scripting in Unix and Windows systems, and have experience in several tools related to MFT, B2B and EDI, such as:▪ IBM Sterling Connect:Direct and Enterprise products▪ Sage XRT/XBE▪ IBM Tivoli Workload SchedulerDaily tasks involve the monitoring and maintenance of the circuits created by the team and technical advice and support in projects requiring file transfers.

Developed activities in the electronic sports (e-sports) scene, both in Portugal and international markets.In Portugal, I was involved in the setup and maintenance of lan houses and cybercafes. We offered a "key in hand" all-around solution, based on Windows systems and Smartlaunch software.I was also part of the team responsible for the technical and editorial maintenance of the online magazine about e-sports, eSportsPlanet (www.esportsplanet.com). Some of my roles included: coordenation of the edtorial team; setup and maintenance of LAMP servers; configuration of monitoring systems, using Nagios, Cacti and Munin tools.Our team organized several events related to e-sports, namely the World Cyber Games (http://www.wcg.com) - Portugal and Cyberathlete Professional League (http://thecpl.com) Europe - Portugal. Some of the tasks directed by me in these events were the coordination of the organizing teams and management of communication and marketing teams. I was involved in the setup of the hardware and software systems used in the events. We were also responsible for the administration of the Electronic Sports League (http://www.esl.eu) - Spain and Portugal, where I was the liaison with international entities for matters related with the technical and logistic aspects of the tournament management system, developed by Turtle Entertainment.
