The resulting metrics (including conversion rates of 55%+) were regarded as the best in the sector and were widely compared to the best seen across any industry- Built huge social media outreaches for all three museums from a standing start to industry-leading standards, on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Flickr, gaining over 100,000 followers and fans- Managed many successful online advertising, SEO and PPC campaigns- Presented/spoke at many industry conferences on the role of social media marketing in museums- Produced a successful, overarching social media strategy for the three museums- Me and my line report Marivanna Chessa performed minor miracles on very limited budgets
