Designed and installed Succession Planning Program and Performance Management System linking individual objectives to the strategic business plan.Human Resources’ process consultant to reengineering project team charged with redefining the manufacturing, information systems, and accounting processes.Consulted with marketing management to design and implement a two-year marketing skills development program. Program prepared Associate and Assistant Product Managers for Product Manager positions.Facilitated executive development and team building programs resulting in plan for merger and relocation. Plan included closing of Ohio and New York offices and opening newly merged headquarters in New Jersey. Introduced programs designed to merge cultures, orient new hires, build new department teams, and improve company-wide communications.Developed and drove the implementation of sales training plan which communicated product knowledge, marketing strategies, customer service, and sales administrative procedures. Program supported the successful integration of 800 sales professionals.
