Working to make a positive impact and create influential changes within systems to lead to better health outcomes for historically marginalized populations is my biggest passion. I've worked in various roles, offering direct support to both clients/survivors of violence and patients, lending to my expertise in advocacy, crisis support and resource connection; and have years of experience doing violence-preventive & sexual health education and awareness. My more recent roles within the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia as a research assistant, and supportive role as a graduate student with Penn's Center for Health Equity Advancement, allowed me to utilize my direct-service experience to excel in analysis, project management and deliverable development. I thrive in a space that allows me to combine the values of social work and initiatives within public health, and aim to work within teams and projects that uplift wellness for marginalized populations, via research, evaluation, policy and advocacy.
