Lead the development of systems and processes to strengthen and embed a safeguarding culture across Girls Not Brides. Collaborate with all departments and wider Girls Not Brides membership globally to ensure that safeguarding policies and procedures are implemented effectively including leading on safeguarding and PSHEA investigations and case management.
