I am a CPA and technical expert, specializing in the application and interpretation of accounting and auditing standards to privately-held and public entities, leveraging industry expertise that includes technology, manufacturing, distribution, life sciences, construction, professional services, real estate and employee benefit plans. I am responsible for technical consultations, compliance with and communication of professional standards, quality reviews of financial reporting engagements, and development of firm policies and professional education.I was recently honored as one of New Jersey's 2013 Best 50 Women in Business.I am a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and serve as Chair of their Accounting and Auditing Standards Interest Group.Prior to joining WithumSmith + Brown, I was employed as a Director in the Professional Practice Group at EisnerAmper LLP, and I served as Director of Assurance Services for a regional accounting firm. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairfield University, magna cum laude. I am also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
