Internal Wholesaler marketing a wide range of investment products including: non-traded REITs, 1031 Exchange/DSTs, Qualifed Opportunity Zone funds and Private Placements. Responsible for maintaining and increasing sales in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri and Ohio.Work closely with external wholesaler to develop and maintain sales relationships within territory. Make proactive sales calls to generate and uncover opportunities for new business. Maintain and service existing relationships with current producers. Raise awareness of and explain in detail the product features to financial advisors.
