Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation (WBL) is a nonprofit organization housing the premier network of women executives across the health care industry. WBL’s mission is to connect and convene senior executive women in health care to create meaningful cross-sector relationships, advance their careers, and harness their collective power to improve the industry.

I partner with executives, teams, boards and organizations to help them successfully navigate significant transitions, opportunities, relationships, conflicts, and crises. I'm passionate about working with senior leaders to develop the self-awareness and emotional/social intelligence that will enable them to build diverse and inclusive cultures, inspire excellence in others, make meaningful, high impact contributions, and realize their purpose and potential. I bring to the partnership excellent listening and relationship skills, a background in behavioral science/organizational systems/team dynamics, business experience, and evidence-based coaching and consulting methods to accelerate learning and action. My approach integrates the client’s aspirations with key business strategies and enhances both individual and organizational performance through thoughtful assessment, goal setting, behavioral change and feedback. I am also deeply committed to supporting boards, senior management teams, and organizations who are ready to invest in building best practice feedback and development programs (including 360/multi-rater assessments), succession and talent planning processes, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practices. I serve large global companies, small and medium-sized organizations, professional practices, government agencies, nonprofits, and multi-generational family businesses across a wide range of industries, including Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Finance, Technology, Insurance, Consulting, Architecture, Manufacturing, Wholesale & Distribution, Transportation & Logistics, Retail, Beverage, Hospitality, Education, Environmental, and Energy. I am a qualified and experienced administrator and interpreter of emotional intelligence, personality, career, and engagement assessments. I develop and facilitate customized workshops in numerous areas, to include but not limited to resilience and wellness, inclusive leadership, and coaching and feedback.

Started as Senior Consultant and advanced to Co-Principal at firm serving top global publicly-traded companies. Developed leadership development programs and assessed and coached executives and their teams.

Conducted, published, and presented mental health research, developed comprehensive recommendations, and consulted to military leadership.
