Associate Bankers: Engage clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and making them feel appreciated, including managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue and scheduling/canceling client meetings.Help clients with everyday transactions such as reordering a debit card, setting up a direct deposit or helping update their address while maintaining established control standards.Ensure financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while complying with all policies, procedures and regulatory and banking requirements.Educate clients on the usage of technology self-service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to complete their banking needs, whenever, wherever and however they want.Assist clients and the branch team by helping with new account openings when needed. Engage and partner with team members and other lines of business to offer the most appropriate products and tools to help clients meet their financial goals.Your ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly and accurately, in addition to working across teams to deliver solutions, will be critical for your success. Help the USTA promote their local events and planning sessions, reach out to the community to help tennis programs grow each year in the Heart of America district. Work with women's leagues to help ensure they are successful at reaching their overall tennis goals.

Peak Time Tellers are the faces of U.S. Bank to many of our customers and non-customers alike. Peak Time Tellers help customers meet their financial goals by handling routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, advances, loan payments, merchant transactions, etc.) and giving a warm welcome to everyone who comes into the branch. They inform customers of other products and services that meet their needs.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously introducing products and services that meet the customers needs. Listen carefully and connect with customers to understand their top financial priorities and to uncover products and solutions that will benefit them Ensure customers are quickly connected to the appropriate teammate with the expertise to meet their needs.

Work the front desk greeting members, organizing member database, helping with purchases and account management on a front desk automated system. Help process USTA leagues, weekly drills, junior academy classes, group and private lessons. Help with membership questions, USTA League questions/issues until I find a workable solution.

Help kids with special needs learn aout life skills and educational goals during the school day.

Worked with kids programs to promote various sports programs including skills development, teamwork, confidence building with the students in each session.

Work Part-time. Help coordinate membership sales, tennis lessons; customer questions in person and over the phone, work with Jonas front-desk computer system. Produce the monthly front desk calendar in excel, handle administration of sales and accounts receivables, contact management with any customer concerns; help with planning tennis events.
