As the Chief Learning Officer for Third Factor, I have spent the past 25 years working in training and development in both the corporate and the sports world. I have had the chance to work throughout Canada, the United States, Chile, Rwanda, China and the Caribbean.I have fun every day working with my team to create new content, experiences and products that motivate people to both learn something new and transfer that learning back into their own work environment. We at Third Factor help leaders and their teams convert pressure to excellence through learning experiences that cross-pollinate the best ideas from sport, academia, business and government.I also have the opportunity to work with truly elite coaches in an extended network of professionals that partner with us on a regular basis.And to keep me in touch with everyone I love grabbing the opportunity to teach.
