Recruited, hired and trained a team of legal and leading practice subject matter experts, steered the scoping and developing of 5000 federal, state and municipal legal content for the new online service: XpertHR (now Brightmine.com). Recruited several hundred of the top employment attorneys in the country to contribute expert content. Supported GTM digital marketing initiatives and sales strategies to build the business and brand. Developed site voice, style, editorial calendars and scalable production processes. Achieved extremely aggressive development and launch schedule and budget.
