Deputy Director
CurrentDirect program managers, research/data analysts, and communications staff responsible for the design and implementation of energy efficiency and alternative energy programs in the state of Maine. The programs provide information and financial incentives to all customer classes, for all fuel types, to promote the purchase and installation of high-efficiency lights, materials, and equipment and some distributed generation. The resulting energy efficiency lowers energy costs while reducing greenhouse gas emissions, enhancing energy independence and promoting economic security. Oversee and guide work to manage: program budgets, competitive bidding processes, service contracts, program implementation, tracking and reporting of results, and program evaluation. Advise the Executive Director on all matters related to the Trust’s programs.
