Responsibilities & Achievements-Deliver average Rm3.5mil monthly disbursement figure -Hit and exceed monthly personal target by 150%-Experience of handling Foreign LC, Foreign TT, Big Ticket Application, Corporate Client cases-Responsible for increasing supplier & customer base from various industries -Responsible for conducting KYC, credit report writing, financial analysis, evaluate customers’ financial status & carry out credit analysis to determine loan feasibility.-Assist customer to obtain Hire Purchase facility-Follow through with supplier for disbursement documents and disbursement team to ensure smooth disbursement & achieved group’s disbursement target-Maintain regular contact with existing customer & supplier

- Help clients plan for their short-term and long-term financial goals- Recommend risk management solutions eg. Insurance, MRTA, MLTA, Will & Trust, Key man insurance and etc- Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling, and referrals- Develop marketing strategies eg. Facebook Ads- Attend seminars to learn about new financial knowledge, products and services

- Handle full set of accounts- Paymaster services effecting payments for vendor invoices- Generate SPL / Balance Sheet- Generate aged analysis of debtors and creditors- Liaise with external agencies and authorities (auditors, LHDN, PERKESO)- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks required by others departmentPayroll Department- Generate monthly payroll reports - Attend to monthly payroll processingShare Registration Department - Provide administration support on client’s Annual General Meeting - Register shareholders attendance at meeting- Verify voting rights and act as scrutineers

- handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions- prepare general ledger and daily accounting entries as well as reconciliation- assist marketing department in preparing marketing materials (eg. appreciation letter, gift, etc)- other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, follow up calls and updating customer data base
