Human Resource Executive - Recruitment (Retail, 4PL and HQ)- Post Job Ad in various job-hunting platform- Screen and shortlist suitable candidate and coordinate interview- Cooperate with recruitment agency on job vacant and interview arrangement for shortlisted candidate- Manage the entire recruiting cycle from the time the requisition is received to the time the candidates come on board - Prepare, update and manage employee profile- Responsible in JD, letter and memo drafting- Prepare letter such as Contract of Service, Letter of Transfer, Promotion, Change in Employment terms and etc.- Administer monthly attendance report for HQ, retail and 4PL staff; monthly OT Form for retail staff; thumbprint record for 4PL staff; attendance report for contract worker- Check and prepare claim summary- Keep track, update and prepare leave report for retail and 4PL staff- Arrange and handle Internship program - As a committee to organize company annual dinner 2020

Trainee @ Talent & Development Division, GHRM.- Internship and training program-related preparation, documentation and application.- Justify and prepare in-house training needs. Eg, training room arrangement, stationary, refreshment, participants name list.- Prepare and lead new joiners to experience boat ride at port area.- Fully handled internship program.- Systematic file application received; Ensure documents completed; Records applicants in system; Send applicants' profile to potential organization supervisor; Call to offer applicants; Prepare and send official letter to accept applicants; Prepare on-boarding and off-boarding; Check interns monthly log book; Assist interns' requirements.
