Reducing the global impact of cybercrime and protecting communities for a safer world through:- Driving INTERPOL’s cybercrime-fighting mandate, strategic objectives and priorities under its Global Cybercrime Programme- Building and enhancing INTERPOL’s partnerships with public, private and international entities in areas including data sharing and capabilities development- Driving anti-cybercrime capacity building activities for INTERPOL's 196 member countries in partnership with private-sector partners, non-governmental and international organizations

Leading, managing and coordinating activities relating to cyber strategy, outreach and partnerships with external entities and stakeholders, cyber capabilities development and capacity building, in order to implement INTERPOL's Global Cybercrime Programme and to support the needs of INTERPOL's 195 member countries in fighting cybercrime.

Oversaw SPF’s strategies to combat cybercrime in the areas of policy, prevention outreach, liaison and partnerships, training and R&D. Led and managed a diverse team of about 15 staff comprising regular senior police officers and civilian officers.

Drove CID’s efforts to enhance the quality of police investigations through reviews in areas including legislation, processes, manpower structures and public communications.

Planning for SPF’s investigative response during major international and local events, and contingency planning in the area of police investigations.

Led and managed a team of about 15 Ground Response Force officers to respond to incidents, conduct proactive patrols and provide general police services so as to ensure the safety and security of residents.

Oversaw hospitality arrangements for the 78th INTERPOL General Assembly held in Singapore from 9 to 15 November 2009

Investigation of general crime cases including theft, assault, unnatural deaths and missing persons.
