• Develop content across multiple channels curated for Shopee sellers (website content, educational portal, app copywriting, EDMs, training materials etc.)• Prepare guidelines and FAQ content (offline and social media) for client-servicing teams - including best practices and identifying blind spots in customer communication • Strategising and consulting for key campaigns for online merchants and internal stakeholders

• Lead and execute communication plans for new features in the driver app, new city launches, and majorcampaigns• Create and monitor communications schedule for each driver communication channel• Oversee end-to-end process of driver communications
