• Job Responsibilities：
• Lead cross function team develop new textile products which can meet customers’ needs and project timeline;
• Execute new product commercialization process, define product control standard;
• Provide competitors’ analysis and product training to sales, solve issues in commercialization process;
• Provide technical design and develop new test methods as well as design validation. Establish product standards, raw material specifications, documents related technical knowledge;
• Maintain existing product portfolios working with cross function;

Set up technical pack and finalise sample with AU group.2.Technical support in production stage, ensure material and product all within request.3.Leading quality team and 3rd party for product inspection and supplier audit. Inspection standard and schedule set.

Mainly response Kids, Men, Ladies wear and accessory technical support for sample developing and production.Solve problem in sample developing stage, give feedback to UK team for potential issue may affect production.Set up pre-production meeting before production stage, record production key point and finish production spec.Follow up production, solve.
