Responsible for providing high-value support, assistance, and guidance for SAP Partner Ecosystem in Latin America (LAC) and North America (NA) regions on PartnerEdge Program queries.- Support partners in Americas in 3 different languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese.- Constantly learn to adapt priorities and deadlines, consistently delivering results, and working under pressure.- Responsible for regional dispatch of tickets.- Participation in global projects aiming improvement of dispatching process.- Handle Partner inquiries by researching, analyzing, and resolving non-technical issues and reporting technical issues to the IT team. - Act as a global POC within PSH for LOB specific topics (Eg: SuccessFactors Professional Certificate, HXM Customer Instance Access)- Develop strong relationships with SAP partners through effective communication to ensure a thorough understanding of their needs, engaging with regional stakeholders and internal teams to provide the best support experience to partners.- Use SAP tools to perform daily tasks, such as ICFP, SAP for Me, SAP Logon, W71, ISP, PRM, CRM, SAP Launchpad.

- Assisting in the activities carried out by the team with regard to awareness-raising, inspection, monitoring and planning of environmental activities.- Acting in routine inspections of train maintenance areas, waste storage, parts maintenance and other sites with a high risk of environmental contamination, with subsequent preparation of reports, presenting proposals for improvements that meet the conditions of the operating license issued by the environmental inspection body.- Training new employees on topics such as waste segregation, environmental education, circular economy, etc.- Management and supervision of the waste center, monitoring the disposal and collection of various types of waste.
