Scott Pence is Board Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar. His practice focuses primarily on representing developers, owners, contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in the preparation, negotiation, modification and administration of all types of contracts and forms related to construction and development transactions. His practice also includes reviewing and advising clients with respect to insurance and other risk management issues.
