My career started with me working in End User Support for The Private Bank in the heart of the Financial District in downtown Chicago which has lead me to now being fully engulfed in the world of Salesforce at CIBC US, It has been an incredible journey so far in which I am always striving to learn. After learning the basics of the financial world at DePaul University, I put myself in a support role at mid-size bank being a member of the Service Desk. That team taught me not only how data and information systems work at a large corporate level, but more importantly, it taught me how to manage many different people in many different ways. This allowed me to form a lot of good relationships across the bank. After some years, I moved over to the other side of those relationships and joined another team working to develop an in-house Loan Origination System. After successfully launching and supporting that application, I moved onto yet another great team to stand up the Salesforce FSC CRM for CIBC US, the system that I still support and continue to improve today.
