The BBI certificate aligns with the mission of the college: Business for a Better World with the incorporation of equity and inclusion practices.• Routinely connects with beverage industry members to create relationships building a foundation for program involvement and financial support.• Hosts a quarterly Thought Leadership Seminar Series sponsored by industry to promote the BBI as an educational leader in beverage business. This series is an opportunity for cross-campus & cross-industry participation. • 2012 Enterprise Resource Planning Implementation. Transitioned from Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains to Microsoft AX 2012. Used personal influence to obtain co-worker buy-in, in each department and overall adoption. This project had company-wide operational risks and was achieved on-time without any unplanned interruption to product shipments.

• Planned new state launches and prepared distributor partner distribution contracts working with the National Sales Director. • Established an Alternating Proprietorship relationship between New Belgium and other breweries to enable the brewing of beer at each premise.• Managed and acquired federal and state approval of beer labels.• Obtained and maintained federal and state licenses and permits required to sell beer in each of our states of distribution.• Proofed label art prior to federal submission and printing.• Generated UPCs for new products and IRCs.

• Supported the sales force (Beer Rangers) across our states of distribution. Added value by creating marketing materials that were regionally specific to buyers and distributors.
