Peng Peng was a Software Engineer by training and profession. She started her career in software development and ICT consultancy in Computer-Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) solutions. Subsequently, during her years of service with the Technology division of Singapore Exchange in Financial Services industry, she took up different roles ranging from web applications development, business & system analysis to IT project management, IT sourcing and governance.After more than 10 years in ICT industry, Peng Peng decided to push herself out of her comfort zone to be an Educator in the Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL) so that she can make an impact in building up the future generations.Currently with NCS group, she has been managing the company's talent development programmes to nurture the next generation of Software Engineers. Her expertise include training and assessment, career coaching, learning and career development and performance management. She is a certified Career Practitioner under the WSG Career Development framework. She is currently a Practice Manager under Software Engineering practice, with the mission to develop the competencies of the Software Engineers in the organization through the 70-20-10 learning model - Experience, Exposure & Education.
