Senior Corporate Counsel, Customer Success And Commercial
Current- Provide counsel on broad range of issues related to evolving, data-driven Customer Success models and offerings, and a variety of strategic programs to evolve the customer experience.
- Support daily operations and continuous improvement of 1200+ employee global Customer Success business and related programs, including development and implementation of new offerings and business initiatives.
- Partner with Customer Success domains (product support, renewals, operations, portfolio design) to drive business, marketing, and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Advise on technology solutions, digital and social marketing, and digital and customer outreach activities to ensure consistency with applicable law and company policies and procedures.
- Advise on business and legal issues associated with various operational and customer-facing data analytics insights programs.
- Negotiate complex, strategic agreements with wide range of service providers, customers, and partners.
