My position is that of Director and Legal Representitive of all operations for the subsidiary company in Canary Islands. I source and manage relationships with legal counsel, corporate service providers and third party suppliers for facilities. My responsibility is to sign off on all new employment postions, oversee HR and Operations in addition to working with the Global CFO reporting on the financial state of the business and overseeing all banking transactions. I report directly to the Global Chief Legal Officer and Global Chief Finance Officer.During my time in this position I was responsible for changing both Legal Counsel, and sourcing new Fiscal Experts, ensuring the company meets its statutory reporting obligations. I oversaw the Corporate Restructure and ZEC application and registration. Oversaw the subrogation of employees and acted on the direct instruction from the Board regarding multiple redundancies. Project managed both the operations and budget relocating the main offices and HeadQuarters in addition to winding up previous relationships and operations from the previous corporate entity. One of my largest successes in this role was to attend court on behalf of the company to appeal and succefully overturn a ruling that had previously gone against the firm. Resulting in a six figure victory for the firm.
