As a Workplace Technology and Collaboration Technical Product Owner, I play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the technical and business aspects of workplace Technology product development. Leveraging my technical expertise, I ensure that our product development aligns with the overall roadmap and effectively communicates this across our agile teams.My role as a Technical Assistant and Advisor involves assisting the Product Owner (PO) with critical technical decisions, helping to prioritize stories related to technical debt or technical enablers for business features, and ensuring complete visibility for both business and technical items in product roadmap planning.In addition, I serve as a Stakeholder Advisor, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms for our stakeholders. I strive to thoroughly understand our stakeholders' needs from a technical perspective, present solutions to technical problems, and provide realistic high-level estimates.Lastly, I take on Advanced Technical Ownership for complex technical products. This involves managing large-scale technical projects or products with significant architectural changes.Overall, my role as a Technical Product Owner is dynamic and crucial to the success of our product development and agile teams.
