- Lead the planning and implementation of stakeholder engagement for the company- Lead the team to develop and maintain excellent relationship with key stakeholders and minority customer groups- Formulate lobbying strategies of Bus Route Planning Programme- Solicit support from Legislative and District Councillors for policies and proposed service changes- Weight up the pros and cons of the company’s responses to the stakeholders- Attend District Council meetings- Lead the application for corporate awards- Manage the company’s participation in professional groups- Manage the NGOs and district sponsorship

Develop excellent relationship with Legislative Council and District Council members- Attend District Council meetings regarding bus services- Solicit support from Legislative Council and District Council members for policies favoring the company- Formulate lobbying strategies for Bus Route Planning Programme- Weight up the pros and cons of the company’s responses to District Council- Communicate with Legislative Council and District Council members and handle their enquiries and complaints Cultivate good relationship with other stakeholders- Build up mutual understanding with major stakeholders, professional bodies, academia, chambers, etc.- Explore possible business opportunities and collaboration with them- Lobby support from various stakeholders for policies favoring the company Maintain good connection with media/ crisis management- Answer enquiries from reporters regarding bus accidents, company policies and Government policies- Weight up the pros and cons of the company’s messages to media- Prepare press releases and responses- Organize press conferences and media briefings Promote corporate image and execute CSR plans- Organize corporate campaigns- Liaise with various NGO partners and plan activities for corporate volunteer team- Coordinate the publication of corporate brochures and staff newsletters- Apply for business awards- Organize depot visits for external parties Others- Work close with internal departments and various external parties- Supervise team members
