I joined Natwest in 1998 and spent a successful 5 years with them during which I gained my Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP®). I then decided to widen my skill set and spent a year with a specialist mortgage broker where I gained invaluable knowledge about non-standard mortgages. I then moved to Barclays where I have spent the last ten years continuing my development and increasing my industry knowledge further.
