I am a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Arizona, Iowa and Nebraska and a Certified Assisted Living Manager in Arizona with several years of senior living experience. I have very strong analytical and problem solving skills. I have also developed skills in the areas of financial management, business development, and human resource management. I also have experience with participating with Accountable Care Organizations, including Medicare Pioneer. The following is a list of accomplishments: rebuilt the facility reputation in the community, implemented an enhanced/liberalized dining program, improved Recreation program of facility (more leisure activities versus structured), maintained expenses below ppd even in poor census condition, increased census by better utilizing facility capacity, increased morale of staff by becoming a supporter of them, participated in a change of ownership, and assisted in opening a new transitional rehab facility and assisted living memory support.
